Google has officially made Gemini 2.0 generally available, marking a significant milestone in its AI evolution. As part of this broader AI expansion, Google is rolling out Gemini 2.0 Flash, its latest agentic AI model, along with updates to other AI advancements in progress.

Initially introduced to select developers and trusted testers, Gemini 2.0 Flash is now accessible through the Gemini API in Google AI Studio and Vertex AI, allowing businesses and developers to build AI-driven applications with enhanced capabilities. Google has also confirmed that upcoming updates will introduce image generation and text-to-speech features to further enhance user experiences.
Additionally, Google has announced the release of an experimental version of Gemini 2.0 Pro, designed for complex coding and high-performance workloads, along with the launch of Gemini 2.0 Flash-Lite, an optimized model offering cost-effective AI solutions without compromising quality.
For end users, Gemini 2.0 Flash Thinking, an enhanced reasoning model, will soon be available on desktop and mobile through the Gemini App, further integrating AI-driven assistance into everyday workflows.
